Professor of Medicine at the University of Crete and Academic Director, Aristeidis Tsatsakis, who heads the Toxicology Department at the University General Hospital of Heraklion, will preside over the specialized session focusing on the application of Precision Medicine in Sports, as part of the 4th International Congress on Pharmacogenomics and Personalized Diagnosis and Therapy. The conference is held under the auspices of the Hellenic Society of Pharmacogenomics and Personalized Diagnosis and Therapy and the Department of Pharmacy at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). The session will be addressed by the Vice President of the Hellenic Olympic Committee and President of the Hellenic Tennis Federation, Mr. S. Zanias, and representatives from various other sports federations are expected to attend. The scientific conference will feature presentations of innovative approaches to analyzing athletic well-being to support and enhance sports performance.
